Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. Please contact us to exercise this right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
